I LAUGHED AT HIM, THESE SPEAKERS HAVE BEEN POUNDING AWAY OVER A YEAR IN MY HOUSE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND I STILL AM. I DO NOT FEEL ANY BUYERS REMORSE CAUSE OF THIS SITE. YOU PEOPLE ARE PRETTY DUMB AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU EVEN SUBMIT A PRODUCT REVIEW WHEN YOU NEVER HOOKED THEM UP. YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF FLEA'S. YOU SOUND LIKE JEALOUS LITTLE GIRLS, WHAT ARE YOU SO MAD ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU WERE SOLD BY SOME DAMN GOOD SALESPEOPLE. ALL I KNOW IS I HAD FUN BUYING THEM, AND THE SPEAKERS ROCK. After hearing about it on MeFi, I got in my car and started driving around town.

About 6 hours later a white jabrone and a huge black guy jumpped out and started cleaning my windows.

The Jabrone asked if I wanted to buy some speakers.. $200

I got them and listen to BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE every morning with them. I also go to BTLS dot-com and listen
to his audio/video section.

Okay, now I've opened the boxes and done side-by-side comparisons with my Boston Acoustics and Polk Audio speakers. On the one hand, after agonizing all night that I'd been totally scammed, I was pleased that they even worked. On the other hand, these are weak speakers - clean but a very tinny sound with no depth. Of course like I said in my previous posting, no one really looking for a review is going to buy these after visiting this website. Even if you're looking for a deal you need to be comparing these with the K-Mart Blue Light special. Note to the white van - don't come around here no more! Note to me - if it seems too good to be true, it is.

Maybe I am the only one, but I bought a pair of these speakers for $300 about 6 years ago in college and they worked great. They are still hooked up to my stereo and sound fine.

About a year ago I was approached again and I saw they were the same brand. I purchased 2 towers, 2 rears, and a tsunami subwoofer for $650. I hooked them up to my Yamaha receiver and I thought they were fine. The subwoofer pissed off all of my neighbors. I am not an expert, but I think they sound as good as my buddies BOSE system. They all came packed in "Accoustic Image" boxes with instructions and the craftsmanship and wood seemed of high quality. It seems like an awful lot of effort to go through just to scam people. There are a lot of people on here that did not even plug them in yet and are ripping them. It is not like they don't work. I guess I am just a sucker, but at least try the dam things before you write a review.

If you are lucky to read this before you buy this "acoustic image"counut this as a blessing. I bought this speakers a year ago to find out that it was fake. The real Acoutic image company dont make speakers. Usually they come in a Van or truck, claming that these are delivery surplus items. It's a lie...they have fake receipts and fake ID's to disguise their claim..they even had good pictures that will give you the impression that this speakers cost from 1200 to 3999. I was so angry for wasing my money on these speakers ayear ago...Guess what happened today.

Another set of guys approached me to sell the same set of beautiful fake speakers, I told them we would meet at a local food store. I gathered my brothers and we sort of set them up(they have been ripping people off for too long). We drove three cars and sorrunded their van. I called acoutic image(the real one)they advised that the speakers were copyrights nad we need to just hand them to the cops.

I said no I did'd want to go through all that I just wanted to proof to these guys that we know tnat these is a scam. They kep yelling on top of hteir voices and this attracted the cops. We explained to the cops that these guys were cheat. From here the cop took over and and my crew zoomed off.
dont buy these speakers for over $50 they dont worth it. Save and buy something good that will last. Remember no cheap lunch in America!

Well these young kids took advantage of my military uniform because I was walking with my wife and daughter at Walmart and these young guys said they were former army and had speakers that they had and couldnt return but would like to sell. I got the guys name and number (joshua) and he has returned my call back. I put the speakers on my home theatre system and they do work but I am just curious if I paid what they worth. they are good salesman and if they are; scam artists. I did call the cops but they told me that no crime or criminal act has taken place. I think I will comb the walmart this saturday to find those guys again.

Crisp sound. Has good upper and mid range movement. Excellent with surround sound movies.

I must admit...... I was disappointed when I found out that this was a scam. I tried to locate the company to see the exact purchase price. Was a little hurt that the company didn't exist. LOL. Oh well. Such is life. As a far as the speakers are concerned...... I have no problems. I hooked them up to my Kenwood THX receiver a pushed them to see what they could do. I like the spacious sound they give. With the right system.....they perform like studio monitors. Just not quite as tight. I watched a movie using the 6.5 mini towers for the fronts ( presently using my Bose 601's). I had a 10 inch Infinity sub, Bose VCS-10 center channel and Bose 161 surround speakers for the rears. The sound totally enveloped me. The THX sound moving from the front to the rear was crisp and exact. With the sub carrying the lows and the 6.5 mini towers supplying the mid range and highs, I was thoroughly satisfied. Yes I'm upset that I got scammed. But to be honest, I would have paid the same amount in a Circuit City or Best Buy. Forgetting about the scam or the lack of having a warranty, I bought the speakers for the sound. They integrate into my system perfectly. At least I didn't buy a tv and get home and open the box and discover that it was filled with bricks. LOL
I'm pleased with the purchase.

Just wanted to be part of the crowd. It is nice knowing I am not the only one. I too have always fancied myself as being rather bright, not one to fall for stuff like this, but alas, here I am. It's not even that they are that good of sales people, they just catch you off gaurd. In my specific case, not only did they catch me off guard, but the skank (it was a guy and a girl) kept talking about how they were trying to sell a set so they could go to a strip club and get her a lap dance. Now, normally that would set some bells off that something isn't right, but in my case, being a stupid, STUPID man, it distacted me just enough to fall for this scam......the laminated add helped too. What a dumb ass I am. I can only hope and pray that someone tried this again on me someday....I am not a big guy, I am not a tough guy....but i will definately punch the person in the face.....and then the stomach.....and then the face again before I run away!


Lets just hope karma catches up with these scum bags.
