Strength:
Lots of power. Looks good
Weakness:
Slow, hard to use remote. Receiver gets kinda hot after a while. Can't turn bass up enough. no banana plugs for the rear and center speaker I was trying to find a decent receiver and I finally narrowed it down to Onkyo, JVC, or Sony. I found this sony at Sears for $399 while buying some speakers, so I picked it up. I have Acoustic Research AR-318s for my fronts, and AR-216s for my rears (these speakers are awesome and I got a good price for them). I haven't gotten a center channel, or a sub yet, but when I do I'll get the AR-225 for a center, and a Velodyne sub. Similar Products Used: Aiwa, Onkyo, JVC, RCA, Kenwood, Philips-Magnavox, Yamaha, |
