Strength:
Phenomenal picture Deep Color Numerous Inputs (including a set of side RCA's.)
Weakness:
Average remote is still functional but very plain and basic. Lack of audio out jacks a slight disappointment. After looking at the may tv's available i finally settled on the samsung because of the excellent picture quality for the price. When compared to other products of the same quality it was hard to find something that looked better than the samsung and had the same features, but didn't cost hundreds more. The component video provides excellent picture for DVD's, and the numerous inputs help to make sure that you always have a free jack for a camcorder or video game system. Excellent picture. Very tweakable. Excellent value.
Weakness:
None that I can think of. I picked up this tv at Visions for $325 Cdn. This is an excellent tv for picture quality, features, and ease of use. Right out of the box, the contrast was set too high, but a quick adjustment brought things into line. This tv offers a component for a dvd player, which provides a clear, solid picture. The picture can be custom set and you can choose a color tempurature to suit your liking. The set is very tweakable. The picture quality is excellent. On dvd's I was able to see details that I had never seen before. It was like looking at a new movie! Similar Products Used: Sears (12 years old). |
