There is a major defect in the cable connector module. This product renders itself largely unusable due to the continued loosening of this connector module from its base. This causes video disturbance and the only way to correct this is to slightly wiggle the cable connector. Over time all the wiggling loosens the cable connector module. Transporting the TV is very difficult because of the shear size and weight of it. Home repair is the only option. I have not chosen this option yet as I sense there is still a bit of wiggle room left. Just a bit. If this is a model illustration their fine products I, for one, am unable use the words 'trust' and 'GE' in the same sentence.
