Our Toshiba 65h14 Proj. T.V. has been the worst product that we have ever purchased! The first problem we hade was the picture would go out after the t.v. was on for about 10 min. So after a couple of months we decided to get a qualified service technician to come take a look at it.(MILLARD ELECTRONICS, INC. 5060 South 135th Street Omaha,NE 68137. There technician stuck a big screwdriver in it and poped the whole t.v. They said, that they blew the green tube and replaced it at no charge. Millard Elec. had the t.v. for about 2 months in that time they orderd 3 diffrent hype boards,furthermore none of them worked.At that time they told me it would not me feasible for them or me to keep working on the t.v. Millard Elec. wouldn,t fix my t.v.
So we got in contact with Toshiba all they could do is send us to another qualified service center.They would not help us pay for it or stand behind the product that was only a little over 2 years old.
Therefor, we to the t.v. to AK-SAR-BEN TV and Digital Services Omaha, NE. 68134 wich at this time is working on the product at a price of about 700.00$. It is still not fixed needs even more parts( WOW.) So my advice to all consumers is DO NOT BUY A TOSHIBA PRODUCT!!!!!!!!
