This unit is full function. Remote and controls are easy to operate and the picture is very good once you make the correct adjustments with the remote. Tip: Buy the "clear" protective screen you can add on over the front of the unit. It adds a bit of glare, adds contrast, and makes the screen look ten times better. A word of caution it seems to me that many electronics stores poorly adjust the color, sharpness and brightness levels of the lower priced models to make the more expensive ones look better. This unit is a great buy.
