None Wish I could tell you . Seems to get great reviews but not by me.
Weakness:
Yet to be proven except for lack of post purchase customer service. Came Defective out of the Box. Slow to no response from Consumer Direct Warehouse where purchased. No response from Hitachi. Service called part on special order. Prevailing attitude seems to be we'll get to it when we can. $4000. for this. Similar Products Used: First time Hitachi owner. And last. |

Great Value and good user interface. Picture is wondefull.
Weakness:
First one I got was broken, second one also had some problems but I got it fixed by the retailer. I love this TV. It is the clearest of any TV and digital TV I have ever used. Quality seems to be a small problem though. Similar Products Used: Mitsubushi |

Weakness:
Remote Functions. The picture is unbelievable. We don't have HDTV yet I can't wait if the picture looks this good with just analog cable what will HDTV do? The remote needs work. I guess if you had all Hitachi products the remote is fine but I have a Sony VCR and JVC receiver and all the remote does is turn them off and on. WE looked at several other sets including the Sony and Mitsubishi. Comparable Sony sets were less money but the Hitachi picture put them to shame. The Mitsubishi sets had as good of picture but for $1000-$1500 more. Similar Products Used: None |

Audio Overall performance of this TV is incredible compared to the price, Picture quality is excellent, you may notice some distortion on fast moving object while still and slow pictures are just perfect, I use it with two satellite receivers, DVD and a VCR, fit my needs. I had to get an Audio system since I care more for Audio than Video , and the fact that it does not have 5.1 Digital Prologic forced me to get my own Audio receiver, I agree about the gray color bars when watching DVD's , that was too disappointing, Thus I normally try watching DVD on wide screen format through my DVD rather than using THE TV ONE. Remote control does not control my Audio system either except for power!!!. |
