I purchased this subwoofer used on ebay for around $200 a year ago and let me tell you it is a HELL of a sub for it's price range. It can fill my entire 20ft by 30ft den with rich, deep bass at half power at very low volume settings. It also does not distort when rocking the block at higher volume levels.

I even played it alongside my Klipsch Synergy sub 12 and this sub gives up nothing to it. They were neck and neck. This sub is a superb sub $500 for anyone in the market for a big 15" sub but not looking to break the bank. If you can get your hands on one of these subs I would definitely do it.

Though MTX currently has their own version of this sub availabe at best buy at an inflated price. Not sure if it is of the same quality as this older model from DCM though.
