Nuvo is hands down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. On two different occasions I had problems and they sent out repair parts without a second question. I dented one of my speaker grilles out and they sent me another pair out very fast and very fair priced.
I also had problems with my main unit, they sent me out the parts and directions very quickly again without hesitation.

Their customer service is patient and very flexible, great people.
