Bought a pair of RTS-9 demos three weeks ago. Had heard about Sound Dynamic and did a little research. Got them for a great price: $549. Right out of the box they sounded great (maybe cause they were demos ). The midrange was smooth and uncolored and not too forward. The highs are sweet but a little grainy especially on some female vocals. Think that will smooth out as soon as they and the new cables burn in. The bass is surprisingly strong and deep;though not as tight as I would like. A friend listened and suggested I put a pair of socks in the rear ports. Thought he was crazy but it worked. All in all a really great speaker, very musical. You can't beat them for the price.

Very Clean Sound

None

These speakers blew me away! For the price, I don't think that I could find a set of speakers that could even come close to the quality sound that I get from these. The RTS-9s from Sound Dynamics really rock the soundstage. I listen to all types of music and they handled them perfectly. But what I really like is the way that they handle movies. I tested them with DVD movies like Matrix, Saving Private Ryan, and Armageddon, and the speakers were AWESOME. I highly reccomend them if you have the opportunity to purchase them.
