I really like my Rega Alya speakers. I use them with my Rotel 930 amp and CD player from the same line. The speakers are very clear, the highs are superb. The bass is modest, if you want to listen to hard rock and punk, but sharp and thorrough for rock, drum 'n' bass and also acoustic music. They're the first quality speakers I bought, and they knock me off my feet. I love them
