Strength:

The speakers are musical and sound real - not colored in any way. They Rock out and they play tenderly at low volumes.

Weakness:

None

Clean, clear and musical. The LS 330''s are all of these things and more - especially when they are hooked up to some McIntosh clean power (I have an MC7106). I can listen to these speakers for hours, whether while watching movies or while listening to my extensive jazz collection. They are the two front speakers in my home theater which consists of the MC7106 6 channel amp, a McIntosh HT-2 center channel speaker and a pair of Mcintosh SL-4''s as my rear speakers. Rounding out the system are a Pioneer DV-09 DVD player, a 36" Toshiba TV, An EAD t-1000 cd transport and an EAD DSP-9000 D/A converter, a nakamichi 581 cassette deck and a VPI turntable. I love this system. It kicks ass!

These speakers are very smooth and warm sounding. They also have the lowestdistortion of any speaker I have heard costing thousands more. They have a
patented low distortion woofer that is .5% distortion compared to others at
high as 10% distortion at normal operation! I picked these up at a pawn shop
for $699.99! They originally cost over $2,200.00!!
