Great dynamic's on film when used as a complete system it provides the best movie sound for under $10,000.00

Speaker placement is more important than most

I have to be honest, i sell custom home theater products and i have done so for 8 years so i have some pretty good insights. 1st i am not a m&k dealer so i have nothing to gain by this. There are so many great speakers on the market now that i think we can't go wrong but i have to say i think the M&K 150THX stands out it is very dynamic so you can reaily crank them for movies there is a rightness to the sound that i have not heard in any system below $10.000
as sounds pan from left to right they sound like a solid wall . One benifit of my job is that i get to take home new products and test drive them and i use the M&K150THX as my reference home theater system. I have also tried out many other speaker systems and the M&K always seems to stand out.
I am currently using a marantz sr-18 and i just brought back
a denon 5700.The marantz kills the denon! But that's another review.I have used several other systems with the M&K and i can tell you they love power the marantz and denon were in my opion just enough the best results i ever had were with a ADA ptm 6150 but i also liked the rotel rb985mkii and marantz ma700 monoblocks.Great speakers!
