I bought a pair of this RS3 from shop4.com for $195/pair. They sound great in my medium sized room. Deep bass (40 - 20,000 Hz) and clean high (silk dome). Great speakers for budget home theatre.

Went to circuit city to upgrade my main speakers. I went into thier sound room and tried many speakers in the same price range as the Infinity RS3 speakers. These speakers produced the best sound. The highs were crisp and clear. The lows were deep but not to overpowering. I hoped that they would sound the same when I brought them home. The sound rooms have ways of making bad speakers sound great, until you take them home. They sounded just like they did in the sound room. I give these speakers a 5 for sound, quality, and price.

I purchased a pair of RS3's blind from Netmarket ($189/pair, with discount) after a friend's recommendation and after reading various reviews. I saw them at circuit city for $179 EACH, so I felt the mailorder netmarket price was excellent.
I was a bit concerned after reading some audio review posts on the Reference Series 2000.3 (RS-3 predecessor) and its lacking bass response. I was also concerned about the size of the RS3 and its ability to accurately reproduce the low 40 Hz frequency specification. I listen to all types of music (mostly jazz, pop, world music, limited symphonic/classical music) and would not be using the speakers much in a home theater setting, which seems to be a big part in their design. They would be used as a second pair in a small to medium sized family room.

I recieved the speakers just 2 days after placing the order and was not disappointed in their performance. Connected to an Onkyo 50W receiver, the RS-3s have outstanding bass response and a beautiful crisp high end. Every type of music is incredibly reproduced with these speakers; excellent powerful output in pop/rock/jazz, elegance in symphonic music, all with deep bass and crystal clear highs. The output is more than enough in my family room setting.
The RS-3's are highly recommended. Five Stars

I purcase a set of the RS 325's about 1.5 years ago. I've had them all. martin Logans, JBL, Bose, etc etc. I was so impressed with these little wonders. The reproduction of the 5000- up Khz was amazing to say the least. I would go out on a limb an say these are the best...yes BEST speaker for the money!

just got them delivered today. $220 from netmarket.com. these speakers are incredible for their price. great bass, great highs. the only complaint is they are not very heavy and the construction isn't as nice as the polk rt35 (which i just returned). the polks were much better made, much heavier, but i paid $350+ tax and their high end was rolled off. the infinitys sound better. just becareful not to connect the polarities up incorrectly, i did that and there was no bass. circuit city is selling them for $320-$350 which is a rip off.

These speakers rock my family room. I just hooked them up and played my favorite song, Shot in the Dark, by Bill Quateman, a song I've heard hundreds of times, and low and behold, the song is fresh again, made fresh by these RS3's which are certainly a lot of speaker for the money sent to Netmarket! The sound was more dynamic, more wholesome and focused than I remembered from my C-City experience. Before opening this box of goodies, I thought I would need rear speakers, a subwoofer etc.to compliment these little guys, but the RS3's are going to save me some money. They are enough in and of themselves. So, my first internet buying experience wasn't a "shot in the dark" after all. Netmarket delivered FIVE STARS and I'M HAPPY!!

Just got the RS3's today! Hooked them up, and was blessed with perfect reproduction of bass, mids and highs! They put out an amazing amount of bass, more then I had expected. I actually had to turn down the low frequencies on the EQ so that it sounded perfect. I havent gotten the mids to distort at all, and the treble is very accurate and clear.
These speakers sound amazing! The music flows perfectly, even on my low powered Aiwa mini-system. Cant wait to get my Kenwood VR-309 to power these babies!!

The RS3's are a great deal. If you are a good internet shopper, you can get them for around $200... and they are well worth the money. Hooked up to my receiver pumping out 170 watts, the RS3's hold their own with no distortion at any resonable listening levels. The highs are very nice and the lows are copious. I first was considering the RS1's, but after seeing the deal on these, i had to go with them. Even on my carpeted floor, way below ear level, they are very clear. They can easily fill a room with sound, not to metion any other adjacent rooms. Make sure that you position them right or you might find that there is too much bass. properly tweaked, these speakers can give you premium sound on a tight budget. Even without the low price tag, i ould give them 5 stars.
