pretty decent full range sound

I am using these as my rear channel surround speakers with Boston VR 950s as my mains and a Denon 3300 receiver - along with the PV600 sub and some kind of Boston center. This system is very well balanced and the rear channel effects from the CR7s in Dolby Digital mode are pretty amazing. My sales consultant from Audio King had his pick of any surround speaker and these were definitely his first choice - even though they weren't really designed as a rear channel speaker. For me, they are probably not adequate for a main channel speaker - but you can always move them to the rear someday and have great full range effects and superb 5 channel stereo sound (if you have a Denon receiver!).
