Bought this speaker to replace the small Atlantic Technology 153C speaker I was using. The AT was fine for esthetically because it blended in, but I was finding I had to constantly up the volume during soft passages and lower it during loud passages. Very annoying. The Infinity IL25c fixed the problem. It is super clear. Very dynamic sounding and blends perfectly with my old Infinity RS5b's. What a huge difference in clarity and sound output. My only nitpic gripe may be the silver colored grill. Other than that, this speaker is perfect for me.

Paradigm Atoms for rears
Atlantic Tech THX sub...12" driver
Denon AVR-3300 receiver

AN awesome center channel!! Try listening to the scene in Mulan (ya its a kids show but, SO WHAT!) where the spirt guy awakens all the other spirts and Mooshou. His voice is very deep and booming and this speaker handled it Amazingly well. CLEAN AND CRISP. An incredible value for the money, far better than I thought possible

The old center speaker i had was great, then i heard the infinity IL25C in a demo room (fiber optic setup). Whoa! I was missing out on the pleasure of REAL SOUND. The cambridge and infinity centers are pretty close in specs, but the sound quality from the infinity is at a level where the cambridge cant even be compared to... i am just blown away by how much this speaker adds to my system. i have noticed a reasonable overall bass and dynamic quantity increase. thank you infinity! you make the best speakers that are actually affordable.

-i am only a 16 year old hs student with a full time summer job, i know that my setup is not the best that i could get from infinity, but for what i can afford, it sure is the best! it sounds so great, that i bet i couldnt even find a better system for twice the cost(from other brands). i am absolutely in love with the system i have now...

go to a curcuit city near you, and bring your gladiator score sound track cd to the demo room... and ask them to play it on the inifinity system (track 3 - the battle)
it will please your ears beyond belief. =)
*mission impossible 2 score soundtrack will do as well =)

Let me start by saying that I am a Infinity speaker fan. Sure you can find better speakers out there but... it's hard to find a better speaker foe high and midrange. I started with the Infinity Video 1 center and added four Infinity RS-5's this with my velodyne CT-120 sub conected to a dennon 3200 sounded good either for music or movies, or so I thought.... I was wandering around the local circut city and went into the speaker listening room what I heard blew me away. They had just a IL25 playing music. It sounded soooo good! Crisp clear clean sound. I couldn't beleive the quality of sound from this speaker. My old center tended to sound slightly distant and flat, not the IL25. I was shocked at what I had been missing. Well I thought if the the IL25 sounded this good let me hear the IL30 ? the next step up. The IL25 won and saved me two hundred bucks. If you are shopping for a center try the IL25 it is expensive but what can you do ?

I bought this center channel speaker to accompany a pair of outstanding IL10s. After installation I sat down to the Eagles ala DTS and basically had to pick my jaw up off the floor. The speaker produces clean crisp highs, without a hint of harshness, and very tight bass. It blew the Bose speaker I had been using into the weeds. Although this is my first experience with high quality speakers, I have to admit that I read every bit of info I could find on the subject before I made my purchase. This speaker, and the IL10s are worth every penny I paid.

I had owned a old Philips Prologic receiver for years, but had never finished off the system with rear speakers or a center. Well after buying a new Sony 555ES receiver from uBid I just had to finish off the speaker system. I was initially looking to buy the Bose center speaker due to it's extremely small size, but was told by several sales people that it was horrible. I was also told that I should buy a center speaker from the same manufacturer as my fronts (Infinity Infinitismal ??? about 7 years old, but still sound fantastic). Off to Circuit City I went and found the IL25C in the listening room. After sampling it with the QPS-1 surrounds I was sold. I walked out with the IL25C, the QPS-1 surrounds, and a Sony S360 DVD player.

My wife is even impressed by the new surround system and that in and of itself is amazing.
