the Jade 1's coherence, air and spatial detail. The soundstage was as deep as it was wide, neatly and appropriately appointed throughout, though it didn't quite match the three-dimensionality in terms of absolute extension into my room that I've heard from other bookshelf speakers in its class and above. Still, for its size and makeup, the Jade 1 is a hell of a capable performer when it comes to imaging and soundstage performance.
