Don't usually write reviews and I don't classify myself as an audiophile. Just a lover of really good sound with a broad range of music genre. I purchased these outdoors speakers after careful comparisons with the comparable Bose. This speaker was materially superior in sound to my ear. So much so that I bought a second set for inside my home. I am extremely please with the sound over a broad volume range. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 rating is that one of the speaker grilles is showing a tiny bit of rust and speakers tend to rotate where the speaker meets the mounting bracket. It's worth mentioning that I live on the water in Florida in a salt water environment. Other than that I'd give it a solid 5 both in value and overall ratings. All my friends commented on how great these speakers sounded. Highly recommend this. Note to Axiom: Thanks for the great product and great support. Please use plastic grilles and improve the bracket problem by at least increasing the friction between the bracket and back or speaker or some other arrangement that resist rotation.
