    Strength:

    Price

    Weakness:

    Compatibility.

I cannot give it much of review, other than it is not compatible with W2K. Which for me, means it is useless.
I called Audiovox to see if they would be releasing W2K drivers, and there answer was NO!! Never!!! I might add, there customer service was rather rude.

It is a good looking player, and cheap.

    Strength:

Great clear sound, detailed and open. Could use more bass. Nice feaures (random, intro, wide mode). Small, compact, easy to use.

    Weakness:

Downloading from a PC is not as easy as it should be.

Good open sound. I would never go back to a Walkman (cassette). Supplied headphones are a bit of a pain. Somewhat uncomfortable and tend to slip out while moving. Sound quality is good though - with low distrosion. Hold button is a great feature as control butons on front of uniet are easy to acticate by accident. I had a lot of trouble installing the MPDJ software. Ot took 6 tries before I got it to work. I had cleaned out my hard drive and must have removed a conflicting DLL or somethng. Anyway now that it works no major complaints other than an occasion erroneous "device not powered on" message.

Overall a good buy for a basic player.
