Strength:

1)Battery lsts for long time (32hr) 2)Remote control included 3)Areally cool clear blue design 4)it comes with a car kit 5)absolutly NO ANTI-SKIP!

Weakness:

1)extra bass (S-XBS) is too low 2)no "time remaining"

I bought this CD player becasuse my friend had it and it looked very cool. Not only cool but it has a remote control and and the battery lasts for long, even if its not alkaline. This is my second CD player i have, the last one was a SONY (it was a n old one and it wasn't working properly). i would say this CD player is vey cool and affordable, my only complaints are that the sound isn't that strong (BASS) and that it does't have "time remaining" as other CD players. the other complain is that the headphones are not that cool because they're not as those that hold to your ears and never fall off when your running. This is a really good CD player.

I had an old Sony CD player, it was way too big, and it wasted a lots of battery. Sony CD players are good too, im not saying they s*ck, but i liked this one because of the Design and features.

Strength:

Good value, player + remote + pillow compliant headphones + car kit Robust, doesn't skip ever. Remote is very small and cool. Handy "hold" mode that ignores any button and keeps playing the music.

Weakness:

Remote doesn't turn the unit on or off. Buttons on the player are a little hard to find correctly in pitch darkness, even after knowing the layout well. No line out as some previous panasonic models.

I use this player mostly in my bed with Grado-SR 60's before going to sleep, the sound is excellent. Sonically the headphones that come with the unit are no match for the grado's, but they are quite ergonomic when you want to lay sideways on the pillow, they have a very flat shape, so you can very comfortably have your head sideways on the pillow with them on and still listen to the music perfectly. With the Grado's you can't do that. Some times I use this player in my car, there is some backgroung hiss when using that tape as you would expect, but nothing too bad, the sounds is pretty good. The way to avoid the hiss is to turn the volume of this player almost all the way up, so that you don't have to use a high volume in your car's knob.
