Strength:

All digital with remote and preset stations, 2 direction tape, and clock/timer and motorized CD tray. Great sound and styling.

Weakness:

Maybe my unit is defective but the tuner reception is not adequate. I have noticed the the extendable antenae has absolutely no effect on the quality of the reception, so this might need repair or be an issue with the model line.

I will exchange my unit with the hope that the inadequate FM reception is not due to poor design but just quality control. It would be a shame if all the other great features were wasted due to this failure.

Strength:

Looks, tape auto reverse and CD drawer

Weakness:

AM/FM reception and clock function could be more user friendly.

Good sound and large digital display makes for a good music source in the kitchen or bathroom! I use it for cassette tape playing and the auto reverse works flawlessly. CD used on rare occasions is top notch as well. AM/FM, also used on rare occasions works and sounds great but the reception could be better for some local stations.
