Strength:

loads of features excellant fit with all the other pioneer components in my system elite [vsx26tx reciever,cld-d504 laserdisc player and pd-f906 cdplayer]with the new at .great dubbing capabilitiesand plenty of noise reduction features.this unit sounds great on playback and has been trouble free for over 2 years.

Weakness:

none

I am an unabashed Pioneer Pusher and this unit was as good as I could find in this area. freq. response is about as good as it gets and after all It Is A Pioneer.

Strength:

Great for dubbing and playback, I only used two separate players for dubbing prior to this deck. Even with CDs and digital sound, I find that cassettes sound much more musical than CDs, I burn CDs as well

Weakness:

Hiss , but that is the price to pay for this medium.
Remote is not standard equipment

A good dubbing and playback unit for the price.
For the few cassette lovers, eventhough I use all the latest mediums today, the cassette is still very practical except for the hiss, and lack of random selection ability.

Denon high end 3 head, closed lood dual capstan, two motor player that can record with excellent extended dynamics which this player can playback nicely.
