Philips VR621CAT VCRs

Philips VR621CAT VCRs

DESCRIPTION

This VCR makes watching videotapes easy! Just put the tape in and the VCR will automatically turn on, play, adjust the tracking... without you having to touch a button. Then when the tape reaches the end, the VCR will rewind, eject, clean the heads and power off. The 4-head design produces a clear picture when playing tapes in slow motion or when in the pause or slow motion mode.

None.

I just recently bought this. I hooked it up to my Philips 32PT81S real flat screen TV. I loved from the beginning the excellent hi-fi stereo sound and its sharp, clear picture. I have also found it very easy to set everything, including its clock which I had to use the manual mode, although it also can be set to set automatically through a local PBS station's signals if using either cable or an antenna for reception. But I have DirecTV. It has the Philips Magnavox quality overall. And it is light and compact enough to even fit into tight spaces. It has several convenient features, including a 1-year/8-event program timer. And its display can either be set in either English or Spanish. I also like the fact it has auto tracking. It helps when playing a video that is a little worn. That way, I do not have to manually adjust its tracking. It came with a universal remote. Its instruction manual has the codes to program other brands of TV's and either digital cable boxes or digital satellite receivers. Overall, it is excellent and one I highly recommend to everyone.
