My LG tv did not have smart tv so I bought this home theater system and ran a cat5 cable from my router and I can get Netflix amoung a bunch of other aps. The surround sound is excellent with a lot of power and the remote control is compatible with my LG tv. This system is everything you could want from a home theater system.
