Plenty of features

Very, very, very poor technical support.

The player worked great for a few months. Then I sent the unit back to Sony for repair of the lip synch problem. Sony fixed the lip synch problem, but now the player cannot make it through any movie without skipping, freezing, etc. Half of my movies do not even work anymore. (These same movies play fine on my computer DVD player, so I know it isn't a problem with the disc.) The unit has been sent back to Sony THREE TIMES and they still cannot fix it. I was a die-hard Sony fan previous to this purchase. Apparently, Sony does not have a clue regarding good tech support. My next electronic purchases will be NON-SONY.
