My wife and I loves karaoke. In 1999, there was not a lot of manufacturers offering karaoke features in their DVD line-ups. Pioneer offered a model with LD/DVD/CD capability at a steep price. The K520 was a blessing for us for it features a great sounding karaoke system and a superb video, to name a few.

I am totally satisfied with it. I just wished it could play CD+G disks, though. Today, check out also the Pioneer DV-555 for an all-around karaoke performance.
