Strength:

Great sound. No background noise at all. Very good with 5.1 decoding.

Weakness:

None. I like these things.

I purchased these head phones for late night listening of music in a room that just could not accommodate wires. I was able to hear everything on a CD with amazing clarity. No hiss, no hum, just music. I was not prepared for the sound quality from the DVD. My first movie was Brave Heart. I was looking behind me for the first part of the movie until I got used to the fact that these headphone really can do an acceptable job with 5.1 encoded material. These phones are comfortable even after 2 ro three hours. So you have to change the batteries once a week..no problem with me.
