Crackle at high volumes over time
May feel uncomfortable for people with large heads.

In general these headphones do the job. If your looking for foldable headphones then these are for you. The only drawbacks are, if you have a large head they may be very uncomfortable, or may take getting used to. Also over time if listed to with high volumes they may start to crackle a bit.
