I was listening to many cd players example: merdian,audio research,rotel,regal planet and many others. I started out with rotel 521an bought it but like cd72 arcam but didn't like sound stage just was there. Then I tried cd92 liked the sound stage but not in my price range at the time. 3 years later I tried it again starting cd36 and liked it but it was I was not satisfied enough so I tried FMJCD37 and completely enjoyed it wide stage and all the music was properly aligned. So I bought that cd player and was happy with it erver since but price was expensive. ouch !!
