I really enjoy these cables! I have had them for 6 months and i recently compared them to Monsters highly praised M550i's. I compared them using these components: Creek 4330R integrated amplifier, Carver SD/A-360 cd changer, and a pair of Sound Dynamics R-515's.
I found the XLO's to have a far more detailed bottom end, with a more natural sound as in a live concert, with a deeper soundstage. By comparison the M550i's were quite bright and even annoying though they showed more detail.
