I purchased that cable after reading the magazine review. This is a solid core cable in transparent PVC (or something similar) that looks tiny with simple (but gold plated) RCA connectors. Although the build impression is not good the sound is very good. The first impression is open very detailed sound. Trebles are clean, clear and sharp, full of details. Midband - good, but one singers are step back, in the second row. Bass is hard hitting, controlled, very good in terms of quality and quantity. The presentation is very open, information are delivered by highs rather than by mid tones. More detailed and dynamic than Audiquest Topaz or Ruby, very similar to Straightwire Chorus to me, except one thing; after long listening, I noticed one major fault. All voices are "zzzzzzzzz…". This is a reason I listen to Chorus again.
