Strength:

open canvas for challenging music

Weakness:

in-wall installation

I have been using Bedrock cable for my main speakers without complaint. On my existing equipment (being replaced from the outside of the system in) to demoed equipment, I have not been able to detect any limitations they impose on a variety of music (new instrumental/ambient, acid jazz, classical, rock).

If the end result of great speaker cable is simply impacting the signal as little as possible, AudioQuest seems to have their ship in order here.

The double gauge size can be difficult to install in finished walls.

Sony STR-DB940
Sony DVD C660
Rotel RCD-1075
B&W CDM 9NT, CNT, and SNT

I have yet to find a difference between all the speaker cables I have used. Of these 4 products this one is the stiffest. Very hard to bend. I do like the fact that it looks bigger than all the other cables I've used though it is also 12 gauge. I would recommend this cable if you have alot of red colored cables to match. Otherwise go find some other cables to match, you probably won't hear the differences you expect to hear when you purchase any of the 4 cables mentioned.

This is an improved version of CV-4: retaining the clear high frequency of CV-4 and with deeper and less tight bass portion.
I had been using Audio Note AN-L for 2 years. When I switched to Bedrock, it immediately gave me more bass, though a bit blur.
After running the Bedrock for about 150 hours, the sound produced became stable: with clearer treble and bass than AN-L. The sound produced is smoother and at the same time with clearer imaging and soundstage than AN-L. What is more, the Bedrock costs about 25% less that AN-L!
