Strength:

Tonal accuracy, spacious sound stage and depth. Phonominal transparency and phase coherence. Superb bass, tight and controlled.

Weakness:

None

Auditioning a new cable can be frustrating; especially if it turns out to be just a so, so, cable. No frustration here; the LAT International IC-300 sounds great. It's hard to describe how they sound. They are tonally neutral and reveal more colors and micro-dynamics than any other cable I've heard. Over the first hours of listening I repeatedly had to lower the volume. Not because things got louder but that they got clearer. Incredible dynamics and musicality. Effortless. They provide an amazing degree of immediacy, where musicians and instruments are at times seemingly “alive” or “present” in the room. Voices had this natural quality of projecting themselves into the room (that forward sensation) that was simply captivating. All of the above was done on a comparison basis (one meter length in both cables) against my current interconnect; the $ 2750.00 Synergistic Research Tesla Apex. Everything was better. I heard things on my CDs that I never knew were there. Conclusion; no contest. The 300 Signature stomped all over the Synergistic Research in every aspect.

Strength:

Pin point image accuracy
Expansive and deep sound stage
Sounds/feels like sitting in row 12 in a concert hall
Also, like “sitting in” at a recording studio
Fast
A complete cable

Weakness:

Too inxpensive. Price may discourage some High Enders from buying/trying it.

Even though I am an audiophile, I am primarily a musician. As such, I will say that I know what live music sounds like. I was looking to replace my JPS Labs Aluminata Reference since I was never completely satisfied with them. I always felt they were little harsh in the lower treble range. This tended to become tiring after an hour or so of listening. I had seen a lot of good comments about LAT International on the internet, so I went on their web site. The LAT web site seemed down to earth (no hype); and what they say about cables in general made sense to me; also, the description of the Signature IC-300 impressed to me enough to try it.

Try it I did and wow! Was I impressed. I had not heard such realism, speed, and transparency, with my JPS Aluminata or any other cables I have heard; and I have auditioned quite a few. The realism approached live music as closely as I have heard in my system and in the systems of my friends. We play and listen to a lot of live music.

They have superb image accuracy, and neutrality. They are fluid and liquid smooth. A good investment and at very low price if you compare the price to the mega priced interconnects; some of which I know of from listening experience. Though, I don’t know of any that surpass the IC-300 Signature. This includes the JPS Aluminata Reference which is very expensive if you buy them new.

Strength:

Neutral, clean, fast and transparent with effortless command of the full range of music from top to bottom.

Weakness:

None that we detected.

This Interconnect is truly outstanding. A friend and I compared it up against two other highly rated interconnects: The Nordost Quattro Fil Reference and the Cardas Golden Cross. Both are pricey at $1320.00 and $870.00 respectively, if you pay full retail. We didn't. We borrowed them from a dealer. The Nordost is an excellent cable; but it fell short against the 300 Signature. The areas where the 300 Sigbature beats out the Nordost are in neutrality, transparency and speed. The 300 signature is super fast with firm and defined bass and extended clean highs. The full music spectrum is treated equally with no peaks or valleys.
The Cardas Golden Cross was no match for either the Nordost and certainly not the IC-300 Signature. It is very well made - not cheap looking as though it was made in someones basement. The quality of the connectors and finish are professional and top notch. Try this LAT cable (you get a 45 day trial period) and we think you too might be amazed.

Customer Service

There has been no problem with this well made cable - so I have not had reason to register any complaints. The folks at LAT are good people. They were very helpful, patient and glad to answer questions in the several calls I made before I made the purchase.

Strength:

Absolutely neutral as if no cable were inserted at all Beautiful burgandy finish. No sonic character thats the real deal

Weakness:

Inferior equiptment beware your about to be held accountable. Cable could look thicker just for presentation. no weakness great cable great price..........

After only a week of review this cable is amazing. blows away my seasoned kimber select 1010. Cable is dead quiet, all comes thru with no stress it is as neutral as could be, this could be detrimental in describing all other components in chain. absolutely no colorations. Enthusiastically recommended
