Had to replace my old but good 6400 kenwood , checked the specs on this one and got it. Very pleased, smooth continuous sound. rich bass sweet tremble loud or soft, classical or rock. enough controls for tape, records,cd and tv. to sound great. This model draws waves in from a long way and is clear on amfm radio. I run polk audios monitor 10s and bose 201 series 2, This system sounds great. I'd put it up against any $3000 system any day. Good buy!
