Strength:

value! 6 channels sub out.. listening modes a plenty..i love the "midnight mode" since i live in an appartment.. dont hafta keep adjusting volume up and down while watching a movie with many very quiet whispers and big loud booming scenes..great surround in movie modes...

Weakness:

not truly high end.. no THX cert.. little things like that

this is my first receiver, however, i listenned to many before settling n this one.. great value and good possibilities to expand/upgrade the rest withouth this being left too far behind

Similar Products Used:

like i said.. this is my first.. but ive listenned to many other in price range (pioneer,JVC comes to mind).. and to my eyes.. and ears.. this is the winner
