None that I have experienced

As part of a recent Receiver & DVD upgrade to my Home Theater system I bought the Panamax 500 for added protection to my investment. Having used a "no-name" surge protector before I can honestly say that this product has made an amazing difference in reducing noise from radio & television reception. It has also deminished line noise from the rest of my system to the point where (to me) it seems as though there is none.
Nice product, though a little pricy (but that's relative).
Looks good in the rack with the rest of my equipment.

Toying with the idea of a better surge protector/ac power line conditioner. Saw some exotic ones for +$1000 and could not justify price on my budget.

Did not know what to expect, thought I would notice nothing and just have a $200 surge protector.

I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed an improvement in details on music, even the kids commented. Some have reported on other line conditioners a reduced brightness in treble. I did not notice that. I can recommend the product based on the improvement made to my system.

For refernce, my system is:
-Yamaha 2092 receiver.
-Audio Source AMP 3 driving front main speakers.
-Polk Audio speakers RT12 front, CS245 center, rt/fx rear, KLH speakers for effects, Yamaha YST45 sub for center, and Velodyne HGS10 sub for low frequency effects.
