Strength:

Makes your system sound quiter, more relaxed, more comforting. It certainly takes your system one step closer to the music.

Weakness:

The Wave-Guide will not fit around (very) thick interconnects, speakercables and/or powercords.
It can accept cables only to a certain thickness; if your cables are thicker than you simply have bad luck.

The AP Wave-Guide is, to be to the point, a very fine and effective product. They are not cheap but they most certainly have a profound effect on the sound your system produces.
In my system, using the Wave-Guides clamped around the powercords of my DAC, pre-amplifier and power amplifier led to a more relaxed and comforting sound. My system sounds quiter if you know what I mean as if some nasty rubbish I have never been aware of until now, has been filtered out.

If you are looking for something which can take your system one step up the path to musical bliss and you have only a hundred bucks to spend, I can really recommend the Wave-Guide to you.
I am quite sure you won't be disappointed!

Happy listenings!

Rainer
