Review 1 of 5

Price Paid:  $55.00

Summary:
Most folks do not understand cables, and just how much they affect a system. Many would be unaware that interconnects can cost upwards of $15,000....that is NOT a typo, and I'm taking about 3 foot or less hunks of wire.I have owned 1/2 metre pairs of cables that cost in the $1000 range, and yes, they are wonderful. But worth the price of a decent amp or CD player?... These little wonders are true "giant killers".I bought them (.6m length) on a whim really, but very glad I did. They are now replacing some very esoteric XLO Sig2's,worth about $800. And they are a BETTER cable,no question. There is a tiny bit more warmth, similar detail in the highs, and a little more slam and quite a bit more depth in the bass, quite controlled too. Moreover, they are equally, maybe a wee bit more open....and they are barely outa the box!A bit more width, maybe some depth too. These are not a highly revealing cable, but certainly equal to any task that 99.9o/o of all enthusiasts could ever hope for.I suppose there are those who have $50,000,or more, systems that might want more "something"...but often they are the folks who wouldn't even consider spending so little on cables..let alone those who demand braging rights(the fools!;) BUY THESE CABLES! There is alot of hype in the cable market, and alot of crap sold for a whole lot more $$ than these. System includes>> Arcam FMJ CD sorce Pro-Ject Analog sorce highly modified Eico tube power amp(ASL integrated also) Parasound Preamp Triangle Celius Speakers

Strengths:
Good construction(maybe difficult for vintage enthusiast to fit in tight quarters due to large connectors).Very good detail, excellent extension,top-drawer bass control, open, airy.BUY THESE CABLES!

Weaknesses:
For $55,U gotta be kidding. These things beat many costing TEN times as much.

Similar Products Used:
Kimber,XLO,Audioquest(Coral, among others,a truely horrible product),PAS Labs,(of which these are a descendent),several others too mediochre to recall.

Review 2 of 5

Price Paid:  $16.00 from Saturday Audio

Summary:
Just fine for my mid-end system. I have this between a higher end JVC disk player and an AMC integrated Amp (speakers are some homebrewed Vifa/Scan Speak MTMs). The speakers I have are a bit fatiguing in that "overaccurate" kinda way and the cables mellowed that just slightly which was a nice improvment. For the bargin price they were more than worth it, heck I would have paid more than double.

Review 3 of 5

Price Paid:  $50.00 from Hi-Fi Klubben

Summary:
This cable gives a substantial boost to systems using
standard cables. I hooked it up between my CD Player and
Integrated Amp. The sound was much more transparent and
the bass and high frequencies was much firmer and clearer.
Overall it was like removing a curtain in front of the speakers.
A very good upgrade from the standard cables.

Review 4 of 5

Price Paid:  $50.00 from Hifi-klubben

Summary:
I use this cable between my DVD-player ($400) and my integrated amplifier. I used Tara Labs Prism 5 before (costs around $25) and this cable was really a huge upgrade! Not only because the 11 is a very good cable for the price, but also because the Prism 5 isn't really good at all. The Prism 11 delivers a detailed, rich and deep bass. The treble is also detailed, but if you spend another $20, the big differences will be heard in the upper frequencyrange. Also the dynamics could be more explosive, the difference between the 11 and 22 (22 costs around $20 more) are very big. Anyway, this is a very, very good cable for the very, very low price. I really recommend this cable if you have a higher quality stereo system, but doesn't want to spend too much money on a signal cable.

Strengths:
Sources that tend to sound too sharp sounds better with this cable. Deeper bass than most cables below $50. Detailed. Price.

Weaknesses:
Dynamics.
