Summary:
For the price, this is a hard cable to beat. Excellent design. This is a perfectly suited product for those on the border of mid & hi end. Don't waste your money on the ridiculously exotic. There is an awful lot of VERY high end engineering in these cables. Excellent attention to detail. Attractive looking with very impressive locking hardware. Very complete and accurate high's. NO harshness in the mids and a full, wide open low end. Very live and musical. You will be surprised at the downright clean detail. Very capable and, oh...did I mention the price? These will easily outperform cables costing 2-3x. Very nice staging. These cables blew away my monster M-Series. Tara deserves a pat on the back for designing a product that really makes a nice difference, without breaking the bank.

Summary:
RSC for Rectangular Solid Core. The Prime Generation II. A very good looking and great sounding cable, flexible too. In two words: VERY MUSICAL. Its most relevant feature is its elegant high end frequencies presentation. It would seem rolled off but it is not quite so and instead I find it easy to listen to and closer to resambling the texture of live natural timbres. The mids are clear and uncongested and the Bass is satisfying too. Very good staging. Not as open and dynamic as other higher level and price cables but it doesn't call too much attention to itself either. Excellent for solid state and mid fi systems or if you need to add an interconnect to the chain with the least compromise but don't want or can't put out the really big bucks. Four and a half stars for sound and five stars for value.
