Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $90.00 from AudiogoN

Summary:
Bought this cable to replace Monster M 1000D cable. What a difference between the two cables. The Straight Wire is much more detailed wihtout being bright. The cable has a very smooth and airy top end while still delivering plenty of low end punch. This cable can be found for under $100 dollars for a 1 meter length which makes it hard to beat for performance and value!! It is an equally great performer for both 2 channel and HT listening.

Strengths:
Very detailed. Great highs with plenty of bass.Build quality. Price.

Weaknesses:
None at this price point!!

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $150.00 from Straightwire

Summary:
Bought this cable after using Monster Cable Interlink 100 from my DVD to B&K receiver. What a difference! This cable truly opened up and revealed details I had not heard with Monster. Very stable highs - no fatigue. Solid mids, and very tight bass. Dialogue was greatly improved. Bought another for my Rotel CD player and am equally happy with it's performance with 2 channel music. It's also a very solid, well built cable. Very tight connections. Obvious quality. Strongly recommend for any application.

Strengths:
Open sound with no added color. Build quality. Very reasonable price.

Weaknesses:
None.

Moscode 402Au OLT stereo power amplifier Review

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
