Bought used to match tonally with upgraded used Magnepan 1.6s I purchased months before,
Replaced Boston Acoustics VR12 center speaker which is a better deal.
The CC3 is very natural sounding, clear, and disappears like a good speaker should.
Using in a small home theater used also for serious music listening, mainly acoustic traditional jazz, light classical music and female jazz singers. Strengths:
Clarity, frequency range, lighter weight, and thinner foot print. Weaknesses:
PRICE!
May be too wide for most TVs.
