Summary:
This has been a great T.V. Has a good pictue and has preformed well. The price was great too.

Strengths:
Just what I wanted! didn't want to pay alot for new tech product so this set fit the bill. Has a built in tuner, that saved me some extra wires and anouter plug in!

Weaknesses:
customer suport was just bad. I had a replacement set broght to me after a weeks wait. The first 42 incher had a BIG short fall. it couldn't display a pictue. Just a green screen. Gateway was slow to provide the replacement and when they did, they had to keep both packing box's. I was not happy with them for that. I got a call about to weeks out from the replacement, from a customer servey person and after a few minutes of hearing my dissatisfaction with the replacement ordeal, the agent hung up on me. I was being kind to!
