$0.00 Summary: These speakers are the best linear field transducer technology speakers I have heard to date. Extreme clarity, accurate tonal/timbre reproduction and superior imaging over the entire frequency range.
You will definitely need an amp capable of delivering at least 150 watts per side in order for these speakers to perform at their best. Strengths: Large sound stage, with exceptional imaging, particularly when listening to classical works performed by a symphony orchestra. No slouch either, if your tastes run to jazz, rock or pop. Weaknesses: Best installed in a large room, with at least an eight foot ceiling. They are relatively inefficient; I suggest bi-amping or monoblocks.
