I am motivated to post a review of this stand for one reason: the engineer who specified those TINY plastic set screws for the glass shelves should be hung by his toenails. I am pretty darned handy, and I managed to get only half of the 16 set screws required for assembly threaded without stripping them. These are fine-thread black screws, less than 1/4" long, that screw into metal brackets, and are secured with a stubby little screwdriver that tends to cause the screws to misalign as the flanges of the driver sweep by the main legs. The effort to install these screws was extremely frustrating. Strengths:
Good looking, good quality stand. Bell'o is shipping another bunch of set screws to me free of charge. Nice, but I do have to wait. Weaknesses:
Tiny plastic set screws make complete assembly on first try nearly impossible. Did they ever try to do this themselves? Similar Products Used:
