from Merle Landrus Audio/ Summary: I bought this for a Bedroom system. I was originally going to buy a reciever but had an Audiosource Amp 3 I was''''nt using so I went ahead and bought the Preamp/tuner two. This is a great sounding little pre-amp. It has lots of inputs for audio and video, unfortunately no digital inputs, and two pre-outs for bi-amping, subs ect. The unit was easy to set up and the remote is simple and easy to use. It runs very quiet and I have detected no noise or distortion even at loud levels, with quality CDs anyway. The tuner section works very well and you can pre-set 18 stations which can be accessed by the remote. Another nice feature is the transferable two year warranty. They warrant their products not their customers. In all this would make a good pre-amp for those who still live with two channels. Strengths: Great sound, good remote, tranferable warranty, plenty of inputs and outputs Weaknesses: No digital inputs Similar Products Used: NAD C160
