Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $1500.00 from versloot hifi

Summary:
It has no musical preferences.
The sound is alive and never exessive.
It has great detail ,imaging and speed.
Its beautifully build.
stands are way to expensive.

Strengths:
it produces a clear and powerfull image when driven by a heavy amp.The sound doesnt stick to the speaker and has a good 3d image. This jbl is a musical cameleon and respects all kind of music from hardrock to irish folk.

Weaknesses:
i find it to be a speaker that demands a lot in terms of placing it in your listening room and the stands are too expensive.

Similar Products Used:
this JBL is my replacement of the JBL XPL 90 wich is a speaker with the same soundstage but weaker on detail and speed.
