price, quality, customer service, warranty

Paid over $1000.00 for this tv, I even bought the extended warranty which expired last year. now the tv does not work. neither zenith or circuit city want to hear about it. if you are thinking about an expensive tv, avoid zenith or now phillips, or you will have a very expensive and useless piece of furniture. It never worked very well , picture and sound were lacking. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND, it has only a 1 year manufacture warrany, that should say it all, If it was quality they would back it up with a better warranty.

Customer Service

there is no customer service they are rude and quick to point out that the warranty is expired and I should have purchased a longer extended warranty , I would think that for $1000.00 cost the tv would last for more then a few years I guess they know their product and poor quality, so they give only a year warranty, and expect the consumer to purchase an extended warranty to releive them from repairing and standing behind their poor quality products

bad company-bad tv- bad customer service. if you're thinking of buying a zenith or getting an extended warranty with philips BEWARE. buy at your own risk. they will help as little as possible.

this is the worst tv i have ever owned. it went bad 30 days after i got it. zenith and then philips warranty service have worked on it for 4 months out of the 15 i've had it. it is now dead for good. philips has offered me .20 on the dollar instead of replacing it and zenith will do nothing atall. in fact they are quite obnoxious about it.
