very sharp picture with DVD and VHS soures. It has s-video, component video, av inputs and especially av outputs unlike sony which only have audio outputs. With the composite video output you can put another tv or monitor on the the other side of the room or in another room without going through a vhs or other source. I have a 27AF43 and a 27A43 toshiba and they are great too. I bought a 20AF43 and took it back. The tube lines were not level and would not focus using vhs tapes. Strengths:
