Great Picture with S-Video not 1 problem for 3+ years

needed 2 sets of s-video otherwisw nonw for a tube non flat screen tv

I have had this set for 3-1/2 years now and have never had a prioblem with it, the picture is great with the s-video hooked up poor without it hooked up, I do however have DirecTV so my signal is as good as you can get.

Never used it for a TV but for Satellitte equipment it wasnt very good they love to transfer you and put you on hold

Good picture, fine sound.

Impracticality of the Guide Plus Gold feature.

Television is fine. However, I cannot get rid of the Guide Plus Gold. It is very annoying and requires 2 remotes, one for the digital cable and one for the tv. You cannot clear the screen of the Guide Plus menu without the original remote, which doesn't work with the digital cable. The digital cable's menu is much better.

Great picture

Two many gadgets....needs to be much simpler to navigate with other perifials.

I have a 32" rca Guide plus Model # f32649 It's Great! But it continues to go on, by itself twice daily! At 2pm channel 50 comes on, at 4 pm it switches itself to 53 with the Guide showing. If it were turned off it would come on at 4. I check the auto select and it show no channels selected for auto on. Only had the Spanish service booklet in it. HHHEEELLLPPP

This piece of... is horrid. We bought this back in Feb. of 2002, just a little over a year ago, and already had problems. We lost our picture totally just about two months ago, had it fixed (we bought extended warranty through CC luckily) and just today the garbage lost it's picture yet again. All that we get (as the last time it broke) is a hideous screeching noise. I promise to never in my life buy RCA again. I will be doing all I can at this point to have CC give us a new tv. Thankfully our extended warranty goes until 2005. After a year of having this set for it to break not once, but twice now. Also considering it was fixed a month ago!! Total piece of garbage... if you want to save aggravation and/or headaches don't buy RCA.

This TV has gotten worse. The only thing it does now is make a loud noise. RCA and Sears have the worst customer service.

RCA customer service is AWFUL, if you are lucky enough to actually speak to someone. Absolutly no help or knowledge of rca products. I have owned this tv for 7 months and while watching it the picture tube goes black for no reason. RCA and thier customer service seem to think this is normal. I am only one consumer, but I will never purchase another RCA product.

Worked fine for 10 months. Sound and tube went out. Took it in for repair and found out it was the horizontal power supply and a few other things. $185 to repair. Rca paid for the parts. Wont buy RCA again.

Poor Canadian customer service, very poor, thank god for futureshop''s extended warranty, after 26 days the tube and sound went out and it started making a whinning noise

Very nice TV, good picture except it is to big for the tube, not that it bothers me, I love the audio out and it sounds fine if you adjust the base. After 26 days the tube and sound went out and it started making a whinning noise, i''m not crazy about carring 12lbs around to stores

We just purchased the RCA Model F32649 and love it. The oicture is beautiful and the sound is great. Best of all is the Guide Plus+ feature. We got it for $170.00 less than MSRP so we are especially delighted.

Great picture, easy to setup and use, nice guide feature.

Sound not always real loud when watching a DVD or video. Must sit at least 8' away to avoid lines and fuzziness. Not for a small room.

Overall a great value for the money. Just be sure to have a sufficiently large room. Closer than 8 or 10 feet is not recommended. S video hookup for a DVD player makes for a wonderful picture.
