Review NaN of , from Corpus Christi, Texas

Price Paid:  $2800.00 from Wilson Audio - New O

Summary:
Proton is the pinnacle of long-gun CRT performance. This monitor/receiver will handle 3 separate signal sources with switching and dubbing capabilities and is ideal as the centerpiece of a true high fidelity home theater. The 36" tube has by far the best resolution and color of any large format TV I have ever seen. This is not mass market gear folks and the company is more than honorable. Due to a brown out (I think) my 3740 crashed. It was two months out of warranty. Proton replaced it free of charge and shipped it to my house!

Strengths:
Corporate Integrity, System Flexability, High Fidelity Performance

Weaknesses:
Lack of Wide Dealer Network, I find it could stand a stiffer pre-amp for driving external subs and amps.

Similar Products Used:
With this monitor I use a Golden Theater processor, Bryston Amps, B&W 602's and a Velodyne subwoofer.
I also own a Proton 600M/T
